- Register for a batch or trial session (child's name, age, parent name, email address, WhatsApp number)
- Fill in any contact or enquiry form on our website

We also collect limited usage data automatically (browser type, pages visited, session duration) through standard server logs and analytics tools. We do not use invasive tracking.

- To process enrolments and schedule live sessions
- To send you session reminders, Zoom links, and batch group invites via WhatsApp
- To send weekly progress updates to parents

3. Children's data
Our services are designed for children aged 8–18. We collect only the minimum information necessary (child's first name and age) to provide our educational services. Parents or guardians provide consent on behalf of their children at the time of registration. We do not directly market to children.

We retain your personal information for as long as you have an active relationship with Plural, and for a reasonable period thereafter for operational and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@plural.courses.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Live sessions are conducted over Zoom with waiting-room controls enabled. Participant data is never publicly shared.
