Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Plural website (plural.courses) and the educational services provided by Plural Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Plural"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for children aged 8–18. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Free trial and refund policy
We offer a 2-session free trial for new students. If, after attending either of the first two live sessions, you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@plural.courses or messaging us on WhatsApp. Refunds for the trial period will be processed within 7 business days.
After the trial period, subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds are issued for partially used months after the trial period.
3. Subscription and payments
The Builder plan is priced at ₹5,000 per month, which includes 4 live 90-minute sessions. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. School and team plans are governed by separate agreements.
4. Code of conduct
All participants (students and parents) are expected to:
- Treat mentors, other students, and Plural staff with respect
- Not record, screenshot, or redistribute live session content without written permission
- Not share Zoom links with unauthorised parties
- Attend sessions on time and with a working camera where possible
Plural reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund for serious or repeated violations of this code of conduct.
5. Intellectual property
Projects built by students during Plural sessions belong to the student. Plural may showcase student projects (with parent consent) in marketing materials and case studies. The Plural curriculum, session content, and platform materials remain the intellectual property of Plural Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
6. Limitation of liability
Plural's liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our sessions depend on third-party services (Zoom, internet connectivity) whose availability we cannot guarantee.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
